The month of April is “Montana Archaeology Month” and the Montana Archaeological Society is holding several public events for history enthusiasts around the state. Visitors to the Artifact Roadshow can bring in their own fossils, rocks and relics to a professional for identification.
Archaeologists from the Bureau of Land Management will bring their Artifact Roadshow to Miles City on April 14th afrom 1 – 4pm at the Miles City Public Library.
On April 20th, from 1 – 4pm, the team will set up in Ekalaka at the Carter County Museum.
The group welcomes everyone with an interest to join them, whether you have an item to share or simply want to spectate.
