Residents of Baker voted last night to fill the only open spot on Baker’s School Board. Christy Follmer, the current Board Chairperson did not seek reelection and in her place, Klint Flint, Seth Kendall and Trisha Schell submitted their intent to run for the board opening.
Results last night indicated that Klint Flint won the election with 199 votes and will serve on the board for a three year term.
Plevna’s elections last night were for two open positions on the school board. Incumbents William Sparks and Scott Rieger both sought reelection and will have to compete with Jason Oberlander and Gina Carroll for a place on the board.
Results of Plevna’s election indicated that William Sparks and Scott Rieger received the majority of the votes. Sparks received 125 votes and Rieger had 128. They will serve on the board for the next three years.
