A Sidney man who killed a co-worker at a work site in August of 2016 is to be sentenced this Thursday at 9 am in District Court. A plea agreement was reached with Raymond Hansen where he would plead guilty to deliberate homicide. The agreement includes Hansen to be sentenced to 100 years in the Montana State Prison, with 30 of those years suspended and restitution paid. At a hearing in July, Hansen admitted he killed Terry Klein for “no apparent reason”. Hansen is currently out on bond.
