Tyler Chase Travis of Baker was found guilty in Fallon County District Court last Thursday. The trial started on Tuesday with the Honorable Nickolas C. Murnion presiding. Mr. Travis was found guilty on Count 1 Partner or Family Member Assault second offense, a misdemeanor, Count 2 Disorderly Conduct, a misdemeanor, Count 3 Assault With A Weapon, a felony and Count 4 Criminal Endangerment, a felony. He is currently out on bond, with sentencing set for September 5th in Fallon County District Court. The incident took place around January 15, 2017 at a residence in Baker. Mr. Travis was intoxicated at the time of the disturbance.
